Lesya Dyk O.T. Services Inc. was founded in 1998 and soon the nick name L-Dot stuck. LDOT services was founded to provide service to the Auto Insurance Industry. Our reputation for excellence in OT practice, report writing and being culturally sensitive allowed us to quickly expand the practice. In 2015 LDOT Services Inc. purchased the assets of Maximum Independence Inc., and the practice grew again.

Today, we include Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy assistants, Vocational Specialists and Functional Capacity Assessors, and a Management Team that are here to help. We have offices in Hamilton and Woodbridge, and serve Niagara to Durham, including the Haldimand- Norfolk Region.

LDOT Team

Lesya Dyk is President and Director of Clinical Service at Lesya Dyk, O.T. Services Inc. She received her Degree in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University in 1989. She first worked in the Hamilton Health Sciences System primarily in Chronic Pain Management Unit, and then in the private sector, providing a constellation of O.T. services. Lesya founded Lesya Dyk O.T. Services Inc. (LDOT) in 1998. The organization provides Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment services, as well as medical legal assessments. The company has grown to also provide Vocational Assessment and treatment, OTA programming, and Functional Capacity Evaluation. Lesya is Past President of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO), Treasurer of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT), on the Advisory Board of the York-Seneca Rehabilitation Programme, and is a clinical lecturer at McMaster University.
